Purchasing Information

Original Paintings by artist are available at http://www.nicksartsite.com. Prints too are available on the site through Prints-On-Demand with optional choices for size, paper/canvas, framing, and matting.

In order to make purchases as simple and secure as possible for you, payment is by Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, or PayPal.


At the site, Click on the image in the Gallery of the artwork you want to purchase. Click on the “Add to cart” button beside the image of your choice and follow the simple purchase instructions.


Free shipping for items shipped in the United States. There is a flat rate of $15.00 for an item shipped internationally.

Item ordered will be shipped fully insured within seven (7) business days. Artist is not responsible for transit time by carrier.


The Purchaser may return any original item within the thirty (30) day period following delivery of the purchased item. Item must be repacked carefully and returned in the same condition received.

Upon return of the item, artist will refund to purchaser within seven (7) days. The refund will include any taxes, shipping and handling, and other charges, paid by purchaser.

Commissioned work is non-refundable.


The Artist, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby expressly reserve all rights whatsoever to copy or reproduce the artwork. The Artist may give permission to reproduce the artwork for certain purposes, but if authorization is given, the reproduction must contain copyright notice suitable to artist.

Subsequent owners of the artwork will make all reasonable efforts to provide the Artist with their names.

      No you are not blind, the bookfayries will never let that happen. But thank you for wanting to give me a “hit.” I checked my site and the “like” button can be found by clicking on the painting and scrolling down below it. I believe the “like” button can also be found at the very top of the page after clicking on the painting.

      The libraries are amazing. I will remain tuned in.
